OK so this weekend we were running around doing bounties I think and talking on Vent. Cely was playing songs that she said fit the person/toon of us in vent. She played some speed metal from a band named Yyrkoon, lol, Yes there is a band named Yyrkoon, I think they are from Iceland. Saying that it was my song.
So it got me thinking about this topic. If real life had background music playing what would yours be. Whats playing for you for what situation in your life??
I need to think about this for a bit before I post mine.

When I'm at work it's definately Lambchop's "Song that Doesnt End"
This is the song that doesn't end,
Yes, it goes on and on, my friend.
Some people started singing it, not knowing what it was,
and they'll continue singing it forever just because...
rinse... repeat

When I walk into a room, the song "Son of a Preacher Man" plays.
Unfortunately, for the rest of my life, it's the Benny Hill music:-(
Dilmor's soundtrack is all thrash and death metal.

I like that song Ausar. And some of his other stuff as well. Wild Rose and Curse of Millhaven make me happy.

For me, life background (not whats really playing, but the "where are you right now idea") would be something political I think. I am thinking maybe "red blue jeans" -- an old hard rock song about a girl in russia wanting to be free but having to hide her western music/clothes/etc and keep a poster of stalin up to stay out of trouble. Because I am watching our bankrupt government and its government controlled news find more and more ways to spend money, reduce freedoms, all while telling us how much better things are looking (in spite of record stock market lows and joblessness). It will not be long before, like the girl, we are living in a lock and pretending to go along with the government out of fear.
this depressing moment brought to you by typical white bitter clinger. that is all.

Noro, I totally agree. It makes me think FLASHBACK to Russia in the 1900's.
