I thought a thread dedicated to our new best friend would be cool. Possibly everybody who has been to the fight throwing out ideas, little quirky things they noticed from their classes perspective during the fight, or questions and/or concerns about the fight might help the next time the fight is attempted. I know it is rather hurried and there is not much time during the fight itself to discuss all this so who knows, anything learned might make the difference next time.
Ideas anyone?

One big thing I noticed when circling the Watcher that one time was that the back by the wall tends to be closer to the Watcher than where we have fought him. I'm not sure we want to consider mixing up our strategies so early while we're still learning, but something to consider is fighting behind him instead of in front of him. That conversly only makes it harder to deal with the Shakings, however, because they're on the front side of the Watcher, not the back side.
In most fights, the more morale the boss loses (Mordirith, Udunion, Thaurlach, Zaudru) the more the fight changes. Thorog was the exception, but it's a good chance that The Watcher may switch up strats the more we burn him. I wonder if eventually he'd lose his Shaking (healing) Tentacles? If so, burning through that portion of the Third Phase might be preferable, and perhaps CLobber won't need to go on forever. Just something that came to mind, not sure what to do with it. In truth, we can't do much until we know we know.
