Is this perhaps a teaser?

I was just browsing the screenshots located at http://www.lotro.com/lotro-media/screenshots and notcied two in which I have no distinct recollection of the NPC mobs pictured. The two shots in question are the 4th and 6th down on the righthand column respectively. Regionally it would appear that the top is perhaps in eregion and the lower in ZirakZigil, but that is only an approximation from the limited background environment we see. None the less I do not have a recollection of encountering mobs of that nature before, perhaps it is a teaser of things to come, or perhaps I'm simply losing my memory as I get older.

If anyone can identify these mobs please do so here. If not, woohoo for what appears to be tidings of cool new things to come!

I'm reasonably sure that the 4th one down is just a screenshot from the Eregion part of... what was it, 14.12? The one where you find Laerdan half dead and you get the key to go into the forges?

6th one down, though, that one's interesting. It might be a rare spawn that exists in the game already though.
